Placement of orders
When placing an order through wristwrist.com, such order is a binding offer to purchase products in accordance with these terms and conditions. You will, prior to confirming your order, have the opportunity to correct or delete the products you have placed in your shopping cart, and you may change the information provided in connection with your purchase. Your order will not be shipped and is thus not binding until you have pressed “Confirm order”.
Prices and payment
The price of a product is the price quoted at wristwrist.com at the time of placing the order. We make reservations for misprints and sold out products. The shipping price, if any, is also stated on your order as well as the total price of your order, just as it will appear on the order confirmation.
All prices for products at wristwrist.com are applicable until changed. All prices in DKK are stated inclusive value added Danish tax (VAT) and duty, 25%, but exclusive of shipping costs. VAT will be deducted for delivery addresses outside EU.
You can pay via VISA, VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express cards. Transaction fees equal to the rates set by Stripe are added to the payment total.
WRISTWRIST will draw the amount from your account, but not until the product is ready for shipment. Once the transaction has been carried through, it will appear from your account. When paying with a payment card, your information is sent directly and SSL encrypted to our payment provider. WRISTWRIST has no access to your payment details.
Order confirmation
WRISTWRIST sends you an electronic order confirmation, which constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase. The order confirmation contains your order number, name, address, delivery address, method of payment, specification of products ordered and the total price including any shipping costs.
WRISTWRIST stores a digital copy of all order confirmations, but we recommend that you print the order confirmation, as it contains important information regarding your purchase. At the same time, the order confirmation is expedient to have later, should you have second thoughts or have complaints about the purchase. Final agreement is entered when the order confirmation is sent to you from WRISTWRIST. The agreement comprises the products listed in the order confirmation. Once you receive the order confirmation, you should check it and immediately contact WRISTWRIST, if you believe that it contains faults or discrepancies. What is stated in the order confirmation is applicable unless you make objections immediately after receipt of the order confirmation, since WRISTWRIST will in most cases ship the products immediately after sending the order confirmation.
Shipping
The usual shipping time is between 2 and 6 weekdays from the date of the order confirmation. WRISTWRIST is responsible for the purchase until you have received it.
The shipping costs for your purchase appear from the order and the order confirmation and will be charged together with your payment for the products purchased.
The shipment is delivered to your home address.
The price for shipment depends on the geographic area and is listed below:
A) Inside Denmark is DKK 20,00 for purchases totaling less than DKK 375.00 (send as letter – 5 days delivery). Items shipped as Quick letter (delivery in 1 day) equals DKK 29,00.
For purchases for more than DKK 375,00 delivery is DKK 65 (items will be sent as package with tracking code).
B) Shipping inside EU is DKK 30,00 for purchases less DKK 375.00. For purchases more than DKK 375,00 delivery cost is DKK 90 (items will be sent as letter).
C) Shipping outside EU is DKK 30,00 for purchases less than DDK 375,00. For purchases more than DKK 375,00 delivery cost is DKK 90 (items will be sent as letter).
Cancellation
You may cancel your purchase of the product by:
– notifying WRISTWRIST hereof and returning the product
– refusing to receive the product while giving us clear message about this
– omitting to collect the product while giving us clear message about this
You must forward a notification that you wish to cancel the purchase. The notification should be sent to webshop@wristwrist.com. You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to accept it without giving us clear message about this. We recommend that you keep your receipt or documentation that you have sent the notification and the product(s).
Return
When shopping at wristwrist.com, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 30 days.
If you regret your purchase, the item(s) should be returned to:

The product(s) that you return must be securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package/product(s) until we receive it/them. Hence keep the receipt as well as any tracking number. The product(s) you return must be in fairly same condition as when received.
You must pay the costs in connection with returning the product(s).

You will receive your money back, including any shipping costs charged by WRISTWRIST in relation to the purchase, as soon as possible after receipt of your notification of cancellation. If you need to return a product, you will not receive your money back until WRISTWRIST has had the opportunity to examine the returned product.
Complaints procedure
If you have any complaints concerning your purchase, please contact us on +45 26279899 (Monday – Friday, 9am-3pm) or by email: contact@wristwrist.com. You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark. It is also possible to submit a complaint online via www.forbrug.dk.
You may also use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You may submit the complaint https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage. When submitting the complaint, you must state our email address: contact@wristwrist.com.
Duty of inspection and defects
When you receive your order, you must immediately examine the order to establish any defects or imperfections. You may complain to WRISTWRIST within two years after receipt of the order, in the case of defects or imperfections. However, you must always remember to make your complaint in reasonable time after having discovered the defect.
Personal data
The personal data provided to WRISTWRIST in connection with your purchase at wristwrist.com (name, address, telephone number, email etc.) and any other information you may give WRISTWRIST will be treated confidentially and will be used to dispatch your order, for statistical purposes and in connection with other forms of contact with you. WRISTWRIST does not collect information about you from other sources.
The personal data are transmitted from you to wristwrist.com in a non-encrypted form. Personal data are stored by WRISTWRIST in a database located on a secure server to which there is no public access from the Internet. Such information is stored for 6 years and only to the extent permitted by law.
According to the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data, you can obtain access to and correct the personal data that concern you. You can also object to the further use of your data.
Credit card information passes through wristwrist.com to PBS via a secure and encrypted SSL connection. WRISTWRIST has no access to your payment card information.

When you enter your email address in connection with your purchase from WRISTWRIST, WRISTWRIST may use your email address to contact you regarding your order and regarding the marketing of similar products, unless you request us not to. You can at any time opt out of receiving the material by using the link in the electronic marketing material that you receive.
